#WMCC2019 {Wordless Wednesday}

Our middle daughter is a great fan of curling so when we were given the opportunity to spend three days at the World Men’s Curling Championship here in Lethbridge, Alberta we jumped at it. With the first draw at 9:00 in the morning and the last ending at about 9:45 at night, we were a little late getting back to our room after Draw 14 but I wanted to share some of today’s sights (and sounds) with you for Wordless Wednesday.

Love seeing all the flags at these international events

Seats were pretty full for the early morning draw

I had to take this one showing Presenting Sponsors the Service Experts {our daughter works for them, they’re a great company}

Team Canada Skip Kevin Koe setting up for the next rock against Japan

A shot of Team USA for my American friends

Team Canada’s B.J. Neufeld on the big screen

Team Sweden’s Niklas Edin and Team Canada’s Kevin Koe – two great players but Sweden came out on top last night

I haven’t visited the shop yet but I ‘m sure I’ll be taking at least a few collector pins home.

Checking out the VR in the gaming lounge

A somewhat quiet spot to recharge in the sponsors’ lounge
